Japanese cookery
A lucky band of six students were taught how to make several Japanese recipes in the second of three cookery lessons, given by Akiko Nelson. At the lesson, held at the home of Bridget Adams, they enjoyed making Japanese dumplings and sushi, among other dishes.
Akiko is teaching Japanese cookery in three-session bookings. The cost is £35 per person. All proceeds, after the cost of the ingredients, go to Project Inspire. To express an interest in attending future sessions, contact Akiko, on Faringdon 820148.
